June 2012 Convocation
Convocation ceremonies will be held on Thursday, June 14th, 2012 at the Downtown Campus. Gowning of the Graduands and receptions will take place at the downtown campus; ceremonies will take place across the street at the Vancouver Playhouse.
In order to attend the ceremony please complete the online Convocation RSVP form. This form will notify us of your intention to attend the ceremony.
If you are not attending Convocation you do not have to complete this form.
There is limited seating in the auditorium so please ensure you complete this form as soon as possible and no later than Thursday, May 31, 2012. Please note we cannot accomodate more than 2 guests per graduand.

Photography

On convocation day, a professional photography service will be on-campus - Artona Studios - for graduates to capture and share the memory of their special day. Graduates can purchase photo packages on-site using cash or credit card. There will be spare gowns and collars to borrow, if necessary. The photographer will be set up in the Downtown cafeteria. |
Flowers
| Fresh flowers will be available for purchase before and after Convocation ceremonies at the Playhouse. It is recommended that presentation of flowers be made after the ceremony during the reception. |

Are your loved ones unable to attend convocation? VCC has hired a professional videographer to capture the ceremonies and stream the video live on the Internet. That means your loved ones can share your special moment from anywhere in the world. Archived video of the ceremonies is available for viewing. Graduands who completed programs between October 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 will be invited to attend Spring Convocation 2012.
