Deaf Culture and Community 3 (SIGN 3300)
This course covers aspects of Deaf Culture and Community in more detail. In particular, the topics of Deaf Education, Service Agencies for the d/Deaf, and Deaf Advocacy are explored in greater depth. The course consists of a variety of activities including lectures, group discussions, having guest speakers from the Deaf community, and viewing videotapes on Deaf-related topics.
