Processing Surgical Orders (NUCL 1242)
This course emphasizes the skills necessary to process surgical orders in an acute tertiary hospital. The course provides the student with a knowledge of a variety of physicians' orders. A focus will be on managing and processing post-operative orders such as tubes, drains and suction devices and patient controlled analgesia.
