Culinary Practicum (CULI 1145)

Students are placed in an established food and beverage operation to continue developing their culinary skills in an authentic workplace setting. The practicum provides students the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and deepen their understanding of the field of culinary arts. This course is designed to ensure students meet the competency achievement criteria set out in the Industry Training Authority Professional Cook 1 Provincial Outline.
