In the Dining Room Service Procedures Component, students are introduced to the skills and techniques of Dining Room Service. The knowledge acquired in this course is through practical and theoretical daily service in JJ's Dining Room. In this way, students can round out their training by becoming knowledgeable about "front of house" operations and participating in the teamwork necessary for a career in the Culinary field.
