Focusing directly on the strategic issues facing Canadian fashion retailers, this course covers the challenges faced by retailers, , describe alternate ways to classify the retail structure, outline steps involved in strategic retail planning, explain the strategic dimensions of the location decision, and determine store layout and merchandise presentation.
