OTA Principles and Practice 2 (OPTA 1308)

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to implement basic biomechanical and compensatory strategies as prescribed by occupational therapists. The course focuses on developing skills on seating device maintenance and aids as well as fabricating assistive devices. Students also develop the skills necessary to assist therapists in fabricating splints.

Prerequisite: OPTA 1208 OTA Principles and Practice 1
