Practicum 3 (HOCR 0671)
After having completed two practica, students choose an area of speciality for the third practicum. Choices may include Housekeeping, Guest Services, or Banquet/Convention Services Divisions. This choice is made with the guidance of the instructional team, and input from industry. During this third practicum students will have the opportunity to continue skills training in their area of choice, and by examining their aptitudes and work skills, will be given the opportunity to fine tune their skill set.
