Celebration of achievement

Convocation ceremonies are held at the Downtown campus in June and November each year. Gowning of the graduands takes place at the Downtown campus and ceremonies take place across the street at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

Spring Convocation will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017.

If you are eligible to graduate, you will receive an invitation by email. In order to attend the ceremony you will have to complete the online Convocation RSVP form, which will be live on this page.

On convocation day, a professional photography service will be at the Downtown campus - Artona Studios - for graduates to capture and share the memory of their special day. Graduates can purchase photo packages on-site using cash or credit card. There will be spare gowns and collars to borrow, if necessary.

Convocation flower bouquets and graduation gifts are available to be purchased for your convocation ceremony. For your convenience, you may pre-order your choice of flowers today to be delivered to the Convocation Flowers' booth at the lobby of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Bouquets will also be available for purchase at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, to be presented to the VCC graduate after the ceremony.
