Click register or waitlist on the course you intend to register for and choose the pathway of a new VCC apprentice or Existing VCC apprentice or alumni.
You will need the following to register as an apprentice.

When you have received your VCC student number and password you will be able to check your application status.
You should submit your criminal record check request through the Ministry of Justice using the code you were provided in your notification email upon becoming a VCC applicant.
For non-competitive entry programs, seats are offered in the order in which completed applications are received. If more than one applicant completes their application on the same day, the order of offer will be determined by Grade Point Average (GPA). Applicants who receive a letter of acceptance must pay their seat deposit in order to confirm their seat in the program. If the seat deposit is not paid, they may lose their seat.
For competitive entry programs, seats are offered to applicants according to admissions criteria such as GPA, auditions, and portfolios. A deposit must be paid in order to secure the seat in the program.

Only applications that have met all admission requirements by the start of term will be considered for a seat offer provided there are seats still available.
Congratulations! Now it's time for you to secure your seat, register and pay tuition fees. You can choose to:

VCC receives your application online from EducationPlannerBC, or in person
Upon receipt of your application, you will be assigned and emailed your VCC student number and password.
Your VCC student number will be used in all communication and services to and from VCC . You will need your student number to log into your myVCC account to check your application status, change your personal information and to register.
myVCC is the college intranet system accessible by all students, staff and applicants.
You will use this system a lot during your time at VCC to check your application status as an applicant, then as a student you will be able to register for upcoming courses, pay fees, access course materials, check grades and much more. You will need to use your permanent student ID number and a password to log in.
