Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide (HLTH 1110) is a five-week course that will give students the knowledge and practical skills required to help provide nutritious food for clients in institutional facilities such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and schools. This course includes three weeks of theory, a two-week hands-on practicum, an institutional field trip, and kitchen demonstration and preparation. Fees include course manual, FoodSafe Level 1, and WHMIS certification.
