Advisors assist you in making informed academic choices and developing effective education plans to meet your goals. We provide you assistance to meet to VCC program requirements or transfer to other post-secondary institutions.

Our aim is to prepare you for your next steps with accurate and consistent information in a supportive environment.

Ukrainian citizens

Studying at VCC:

In support of those in Canada under the Canadian-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) program, VCC will waive the application fee for any applicants who are in Canada through CUAET. This program is in effect until March 31, 2024.

The amount of tuition and fees varies by program. This is a general guideline to understanding tuition, fees, and study permit requirements for CUAET students:

LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada courses) or EAL Pathways (English as an Additional Language courses) and ABE programs (Adult Basic Education courses):

VCC programs and Continuing Studies programs:

  • Tuition: Domestic student fees
  • Application fee: Free
  • SU fee / College initiative / Campus resource fee / Grad fee: Fees vary by program
  • UPass: Approximately $45/month
  • Funding or Financial Aid: No funding available
  • Study Permit: Required if studying more than 6 months, unless authorized by IRCC to study without a study permit
