Urban Farming Essentials -Practical Resilience in Precarious Times (TRLN 1300)
Working with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 2, this course is focused on achieving food security and promoting sustainable agriculture. Urban Farming Essentials will provide students with the tools to create a small-scale farm to supplement their income and future proof their pantries. Gardening tips combine with small business know-how to help students develop a simple business plan and crop plan for a hypothetical urban farm.
