Capstone Project (BAKG 1346)

This project course allows students to propose and pursue a topic of interest related to the baking & pastry arts field. Students are encouraged to be creative and challenge themselves to research and deepen their knowledge of the chosen topic. Included in this project course is an ePortfolio which contains various artifacts such as images of their products, collection of learning experiences and resume. The project culminates in an online presentation to fellow learners.

This course is part of the full-time Baking and Pastry Arts - Artisan Baking Program and the Baking and Pastry Arts - Pastry Program.
