Keyboard Studies I (MUSC 1154)

Survey course providing an overview of the repertoire of solo and collaborative works for classical piano in the Baroque and Classical eras (1600 – 1800). Students will examine stylistic traits of the major composers, identify major works of the repertoire and describe various genres of piano music.
