VCC offers part-time web & graphic design courses.
Students gain practical experience by running Studio Nuvo, a design studio open to the public. Projects range from logos and letterheads to digital campaigns, and student work is displayed in an annual public showcase.
The Graphic Design programs curriculum is consistently revised to reflect current industry standards. Using the latest Mac technology and Adobe Creative Cloud, students practice everything from concept development to web design and user/audience experience.
Mentored by experienced designers, Graphic Design programs students learn to focus their creativity in a professional environment and produce sought-after projects while refining their business skills.

Students in our graphic design programs learn with the same cohort for the entire length of the program, with a maximum of 18 students in each group. These programs can only be taken full-time, with the first year running for 9 months and the second year for 10 months, including a practicum where you work in the industry. Classes run during the daytime, between the hours of 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
