Description
This course introduces students to project resources and procurement management.
Students learn the processes to identify, acquire, and manage the resources for the successful completion of the project. Students also learn the tools, techniques, and processes for procuring products, services, or results needed for project success.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Develop a Project Resource Management Plan
- Apply a variety of tools and techniques to acquire the resources required for the project
- Assign clear roles and responsibilities for team members using RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) charts
- Apply team management skills to promote positive team dynamics
- Manage and control physical resources
- Develop a Project Procurement Management Plan
- Conduct project procurement processes
- Control project procurement
