Description
This course introduces students to the service and diagnosis of wheels, tires, hubs. It also covers the diagnosis and repair of frames. Topics included are from SkilledTradesBC. Heavy Mechanical Trades Foundation Program (2025) sections E1, E2, E3 and E4.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe and service tires, rims and wheel hubs (E1)
- Describe basic steering system fundamentals (E1)
- Service steering systems (E2)
- Describe , service, diagnose and repair Wheeled equipment, truck and trailer suspension systems (E3)
- Describe, service, diagnose and repair frames (E5)

Instructional Strategies
