Description
This course introduces students to the diagnosis and repair of trailer, body, and HVAC systems. Topics included from SkilledTradesBC. Heavy Mechanical Trades Foundation Program (2025) sections G1, F1, F2,F3, F4, J1 and J2.

- Describe heating and air conditioning fundamentals (G2)
- Service, diagnose, and repair landing gear and trailer accessories (F1)
- Service, diagnose, and repair coupling systems (F2)
- Service, diagnose, and repair trailer body components (F3)
- Service heating and refrigeration systems (F4)
- Discharge and charge refrigeration systems (F5)
- Service and diagnose cab structures (J2)
- Describe protective structures (J1)
