Description
Students will be introduced to the interpersonal and communication skills essential for working effectively in a pharmacy setting. Students will explore strategies for effective collaboration, positive group dynamics, maintaining professionalism during interactions, ethical decision-making, and strong customer service skills.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. (1)
