Description
This course prepares students for automotive service advisor roles by conducting professional customer interviews, creating accurate repair orders, and preparing service estimates using flat-rate systems. Emphasis is placed on warranty compliance, legal documentation, and effective communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and strong collaboration with technicians and clients.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Conduct effective intake interviews with customers to document concerns.
- Translate customer complaints into accurate and complete repair orders.
- Apply flat rate labor and parts pricing to create service estimates.
- Communicate service status updates and follow-up information clearly.
- Prepare documentation in compliance with legal and warranty standards.
