Description
This course builds on ACRD 1200 Sheet Metal Repair by introducing students to complex sheet metal repair procedures including and introduction to structural straightening and measurement. Students are provided additional time to develop their sheet steel repair skills.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe structural straightening methods for steel.
- Determine repair sequence.
- Describe complex damage analysis.
- Perform point-to-point measuring procedures.
- Perform complex sheet steel repairs.
- Describe steel and aluminum door skin replacement procedures.
- Perform simulated door skin replacement.
