Description
This course provides students with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities required for a successful practicum in the Canadian workplace. Students are also able to develop and refine their long-range career planning and goal setting abilities.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Refine career plan and goals.
- Use professional business writing during the job search process.
- Produce business correspondence related to job application and recruitment processes in the Canadian workplace
- Demonstrate effective leadership/professional communication skills required for success in the Canadian workplace
- Identify career pathways in industry sectors within the Canadian business market
- Apply enhanced interview skills to successfully obtain work during a job search process.
