Description

This course provides the student with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to identify, categorize and prioritize project stakeholders and develop a stakeholder management plan and a communications management plan. Students will create a stakeholder register as a basis to classify stakeholders' communications needs. Students will learn how to manage stakeholders' expectations during the project utilizing a proper communication style. Students will also learn best practices on working with diverse groups and organizations and on managing their engagement in the project. This course also introduce students to the theories and practices of contemporary workplace communication, including intercultural communication.
