Description
This final clinical radiography course focuses on the independent clinical radiography role of the Certified Dental Assistant. It provides an opportunity for students to prepare, sequence, modify exposure techniques, chart and transfer dental images. In the clinical setting, using digital technology, students expose a variety of prescribed radiographs with various imaging tecnhiques. Competencies are met through patient care (PC) practice.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Instructional Strategies
Small group clinical demonstrations and instructor guided feedback practice sessions in a simulated environment (SIM), peer (PR) and patient care (PC) practice.
