Description
Continuing from the previous term, Career Choice Skills helps students explore reasons for working, develop an understanding of their personal interests and application to lifestyle and career choices, and discuss work experience placements that may lead to a career choice.
This course is part of the full-time Deaf and Hard of Hearing - Job Readiness Program.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Evaluate various career choices relating to self and career assessments
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps relating to career choices and possible solutions
- Set realistic goals in terms of various career and job requirements
- Revise career plans, identifying areas of weakness and strength
- Reflect on progress related to their career choices and make necessary modifications
