Description

Covers the production of patterns and toiles in preparation for manufacturing a collection. Students learn to make professional toiles as “sample garments” and plan the sewing construction with consideration to garment type and fabric, using fit models to finalize pattern proportion and detail. The development of working drawings and specification sheets ensures accuracy, speed and efficiency in manufacture.
