Description
Recap the ideas learned in French Level 1 and practice useful situational dialogues. Learn new socio-linguistic notions about the French language while perfecting your French pronunciation and intonation. Note: Successful completion of French level 1 or have a good base in French required.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Speak basic conversational French.
- Improve their French pronunciation and intonation.
- Demonstrate comprehension of sociolinguistic notions about the French language.

Different ways to introduce yourself.
The most commonly used idiomatic expressions and how to use them properly.
Having a positive or negative judgment of situations in French.
Different sounds of the French language (phonetics).
How to describe a place.
The French politeness measures.
Utilization of new words and expressions to ask for information.
Strategies to hold and maintain a dialogue in French.
