Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- An understanding of the role of a facilitator and the characteristics of successful facilitators
- A toolkit of skills that can be applied to problem-solving sessions and team meetings
- The opportunity to practise and reinforce new skills
