Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe the techniques involved in meeting human resource requirements through planning, staffing, training and development
- Define and assess performance management
- Design and analyze jobs for recruitment and employee selection
- Explain how employment-related issues are governed in Canada
- Discuss key elements of Canada’s labour laws

Instructional Strategies
