Description
Overview of court processes, legislation and Supreme Court Civil Rules relating to the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, and Fast Track Litigation.
Prerequisites
Torts (LEGL 1204), or master chapters 4-5 in the current edition of Business Law in Canada, by R.E. Yates, T. Bereznicki-Kozil, and T. Clarke.
