Description
An examination of corporate law including choice of business organization and jurisdiction, incorporating and organizing a British Columbia company under the Business Corporations Act, corporate maintenance (annual reports and records books), and transactions (appointing directors, allotting and transferring shares).
Prerequisites
Agency and Business Structures (LEGL 1210). Corporate (OACP 1115) strongly recommended for students without corporate experience.
