Description
This course introduces students to various computer applications, such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Secure documentation management processes are taught in relation to health care records and documentation.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Draft, send and receive business emails
- Create and edit office documents using word processing software
- Create and edit spreadsheets to manage office activities
- Use presentation software to create presentations
- Use secure document management processes
