Description
This course examines business quality policies and metrics and how they are utilized to ensure quality management on a specific project. Students are also introduced to the processes required to identify, acquire and manage the resources needed for the successful completion of a project.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Produce a comprehensive quality management strategy / plan.
- Define and establish clear quality metrics.
- Determine how quality issues can impact the project.
- Control project and product quality using established processes and guidelines.
- Document and deliver on project quality objectives.
- Identify and assign quality management roles through the project.
- Apply a variety of tools and techniques to acquire the resources required for the project.
- Assign clear roles and responsibilities for team members using RACI charts.
- Apply team management skills to promote positive team dynamics.
