Description
This course provides the student with the knowledge, tools and techniques to establish, implement and document a communications plan and strategy for all stakeholders in a project. Students will implement a communications plan that will address the communications needs and requirements for all levels of stakeholders including both internal and external.

Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Explain the key concepts for project communications management.
- Identify and explain the trends and emerging practices in project communications management.
- Identify various communication models that are available to a manage a project and use the appropriate communication technology to enhance that channel.
- Establish appropriate communications methods between the various stakeholders within the project.
- Develop and document a comprehensive communications plan.
