Description
Students build on the skills developed in the Marketing Technology program and learn the skills required for job readiness in the field of marketing technology. Working with laboratory software, students will synthesise all knowledge gained throughout the duration of the Marketing Technology program and solve a business case using CRM and other software.

Prerequisites
Completion of all courses from terms one, two and three.
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Implement business logic and process automation
- Build reports and dashboards
- Apply data management best practices
- Demonstrate data importing skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of CRM configuration techniques
- Exhibit data modeling strategies
- Translate business requirements into a technical CRM configuration
- Present a technical solution to non-technical business stakeholders
