Individual instruction is given in the student's major performance area. Included in this area, in addition to private lessons, is a master class for all students in the performance area. A jury exam must be performed each term and forms part of the credit. 0:1:0

Instructional Strategies

Private instruction in technique, repertoire, style and improvisation. In addition, there is a weekly Master Class where students perform the repertoire they are working on for the other Jazz/Contemporary Voice majors.
