Description

This course reinforces traditional performance craft while developing important additional production, communication and stage skills. Students perform repertoire selected in collaboration with their private applied music instructor and the assigned course supervisor. These performances are required at least once per term and can be performed by individuals or in pre-rehearsed small ensembles. Students also participate in group discussions, critiques of their peers' work and informational sessions on a variety of performance related topics. Corequisite: Performance Concentration 6 or Classical Voice 6 .
