Description
This course teaches how to understand and apply principles of human relations in the workplace. Topics include behavioural science in business, team dynamics, leadership dynamics, interpersonal communications, managing change, principles and theories of management, decision making processes, the functions of management, production and operations management, and marketing management.
This course is part of the Executive Assistant (Part-time) program.
