Description

This course provides students with the concepts, tools, and techniques to continuously improve project management processes and procedures, apply Business Process Management techniques, and learn quality and Lean principles to deliver value for customers. Students will become familiar with concepts like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, ISP, TQM, and DMAIC, and how these could improve the quality of their project deliverables.
