Description

This course emphasizes the calculations required to accurately fill prescriptions and prepare pharmaceutical products in a hospital setting. Alligation, volumes of displacement, flow rates and infusion times are discussed. Calculations pertaining to pediatric and chemotherapy dosing are included. This course is part of the full-time Pharmacy Technician Program.
