Description
This course continues the study of interpersonal and communication skills required to work effectively in a pharmacy setting. Conflict resolution, problem solving and issues pertaining to harassment and discrimination are discussed. Other topics include medication histories, employment preparation strategies and on-going professional development
This course is part of the full-time Pharmacy Technician Program.
