TSOM 1101. Examine preparation and consumption habits of regions around the world such as China, Japan, Sri Lanka, India, Africa and more. Discover the health benefits of tea including myths and facts while tasting and evaluating teas representative of each region. Tuition fee includes Tea Association membership fee. (18 hours)
