Description

The Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Wine Sommelier Level 1 is designed for individuals new to wine study. This qualification provides a hands-on introduction to the world of wine. You will explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste. You will learn the basic skills to describe wines accurately and to make food and wine pairings. Upon successful completion, you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin. Please bring your WSET workbook to the first class. WSET Workbook is available for purchase in the VCC bookstore.
