Students must have Multifactor Authentication to access their VCC accounts

As of April 3, 2023, all students will be required to use Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

MFA will be a mandatory step to access all VCC online applications, including Moodle, email, Adobe products, and Microsoft 365 products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

MFA enhances the safety of your VCC account and minimizes the risk of it being compromised.

You can find instructions, FAQs, a how-to video, and more support by logging into my.vcc.ca.

New students can register for MFA up to 30 days prior to their start date. Students whose last class occurred in the past 13 months and wish to access VCC accounts should register for MFA.

Don't wait for April 3 to be locked out of your VCC files and coursework, set up your MFA today.

MFA is multi-step process used to confirm that it is actually you that is logging in with your VCC account. This verification is done using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone and is very easy to setup and use.

Register now via my.vcc.ca — click the MFA box and follow the instructions.
