Future students can view sample program schedules listed on the program pages as examples. The exact class times may vary depending on sections. As most VCC programs run in cohorts, students will be expected to attend classes in the cohort schedules that are assigned to them.
VCC students may check their class schedules on their myVCC accounts after registration, which usually takes place before classes begin.
Registration and Fees
VCC typically registers all full-time students in their first term of studies.
New Students
Newly admitted students who meet the important deadlines for document submission will be registered by VCC.
Once registered, VCC will email students to check their class schedules on their myVCC account, before their programs begin.
If there are any outstanding fees payable, students will receive email notifications about the tuition fees owing and payment deadlines.
Returning Students
Returning students in good academic standing may continue their studies at VCC. Students will either receive a notification to register on their own, or be registered into classes by VCC.
Once registered, students can check their class schedules on their myVCC account.

VCC will register all eligible international students starting their Associate of Science Degree in the Fall or Winter terms in the following Term 1 courses:
One of the courses required to meet the Associate of Science Degree graduation requirements is English. International students may register for one of the following options, depending on which prerequisites are met. Not sure which English course(s) to register for? Email study@vcc.ca, and include the VCC ID, full name and the program of study.
Students in Term 2 onwards are responsible for registering themselves in their courses. Students are required to check the prerequisites of the electives and course offerings before registration. Please note that meeting the program admission requirements does NOT guarantee course registration. Students must make sure they meet the individual university transfer course prerequisite(s), which can be found by clicking on each course code link.Refer to the Associate of Science Degree page for details on the specific course requirements.
