VCC Chef's Table at JJ's Restaurant

Enjoy a gourmet five-course prix-fix menu designed by Chef Hamid Salimian with optional selected wine pairings, served in a unique long-table group setting in VCC's JJ's Restaurant.

Prices and menu

Chef’s Table is a Table d’Hote dinner service that runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All courses are served to all diners at the same time, in the same sequence.

$55 per person
$22 optional wine pairings

Seating time 6:30 p.m.* 
Tickets available through OpenTable.

Late arrivals will receive the course that is being served at that time.  Any previous courses will be served to the guests in between remaining courses.

* Dinner service ends at exactly 8:30 p.m., and the dining room is closed.  Please respect the closing time.  The students must reset the room for the morning classes, before going home at the end of class.
Please note that Chef’s Table service may be interrupted by inclement weather, including extreme heat or significant snowfalls. VCC takes this precaution to keep staff, students, and customers safe. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

However, we are first and foremost a teaching kitchen; the student learning objectives and outcomes are our priority.  Possible accommodations are restricted to ingredient substitutions and omissions on existing menu items.
