Program Description

Students may study at the Literacy, Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced levels in the Learning Centres. After being assessed, a course of studies is outlined for each individual using core and supplemental materials chosen by the Department. Students use workbooks, worksheets and taped materials extensively. Students may also work in small groups. The Instructional Assistant is available to help at all times.

Study time in Learning Centres is available on a drop-in "first come, first served" basis. Learning Centres are open all year except South Hill which is open September to June.
