VCC Awards and Scholarships
Numerous awards and scholarships are available to assist students with funding their education at VCC. Most are provided through the Vancouver Community College Foundation and by community donors.
Minerva Foundation of BC Women Scholarship Application Form
A $2,500 tuition credit is offered to assist women in advancing their education. Recipients will exhibit academic proficiency and financial need and meet one or more of the following criteria:
- a single mother
- a mature woman returning to the workforce after a long absence
- pursuing a non-traditional field of study
- an immigrant or aboriginal woman
- a woman with disabilities

Vancouver Community College entrance awards
VCC has 50 entrance awards of $1,000 available to students entering one of the college's full-time programs of at least six month duration or minimum of three University Transfer courses for four months. Award recipients will be selected based on academic achievement and community involvement. Applicants must have a B average and include a letter of reference along with the award application form.

Vancouver Community College entrance scholarships for high school students
Ten Entrance Scholarships of $1,000 are available to students entering one of the College's full time programs of six month duration or longer or two terms of University Transfer courses (minimum three courses). The scholarships are available to one student from each of the following high schools, based on achievement as determined by the high school.

Vancouver Community College (graduating) scholarships and awards
The faculty and departments in which students are studying select the recipients for graduating awards which are presented at the May and November Awards Ceremonies each year. No application is necessary.
