The Bistro restaurant at VCC's Downtown campus is run by students and instructors in the hospitality management program. Choose from a wide variety of salads, sharing plates, side plates, entrees, desserts, and beverages in a relaxed atmosphere. The Bistro aims to please your taste buds and your budget.
